IAS World Print Manager Crashing....

Question:

When changes or power outages causes the Tyler Technologies Print Manager to crash and an uninstall/reinstall does not work....

Notice in the %appdata%\Local\Tyler Technologies\Print Manager there are multiple diagnostic reports.
